Parexel, an international Contract Research Organization, wanted to Identify new areas for growth. We conducted two global market assessments – one on large pharmas’ outsourcing practices for bio-analytical services. This helped our client understand the impact of low-cost, emerging-market providers, automation, and other key industry trends before making key investment decisions. In another study, we helped Parexel explore a new market channel in the area of intellectual property.
